With more than 20 years of experience in the lending industry, I have built my career around helping clients navigate financing decisions—particularly when the transaction doesn’t fit neatly into a box.
My experience spans residential mortgages, real estate investment financing and commercial lending. I work with homebuyers and homeowners, real estate investors, developers and business owners on financing needs ranging from traditional residential mortgages to investment properties, commercial real estate, construction and development projects.
As an independent mortgage broker and lending specialist, I have access to an extensive network of lending partners and financing programs. That allows me to look beyond a single lender or loan product and evaluate different ways to structure a transaction based on the property, the borrower and the overall objective.
I believe lending is about more than finding a loan program. It is about understanding the entire transaction, anticipating potential obstacles and finding a path forward. Whether a client is purchasing a home, expanding a real estate portfolio, acquiring a commercial property or developing a new project, my approach is personal, responsive and focused on finding the financing solution that best fits the opportunity.
Outside of lending, I enjoy traveling, spending time with my family and experiencing new places and cultures. Originally from Louisiana and now a longtime Arizona resident, I value genuine relationships and a personal approach to business. Many of the relationships I’ve built through lending have continued well beyond the closing table.
